1. Shipping zones

Protesica Rimovibile Srl ships to Italy and other European Union countries. If you are located outside these areas and wish to make a purchase, please contact our customer service to verify the availability of international shipping.

2. Delivery times

Delivery times vary based on destination and product availability. Approximate delivery times are as follows:

Italy: 3-5 working days
European Union: 5-10 working days

Deliveries are made on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond our control.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on the website or during the checkout process.

4. Order Tracking

After shipping, a tracking number will be sent to the customer via email. The customer can use this number to track the delivery status via the designated courier's website.

5. Receipt of goods

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the package before signing the delivery note. If there is obvious damage to the packaging, we recommend accepting the delivery "with reservation" and informing Protesica Rimovibile Srl within 24 hours of receipt.

6. Failure to deliver

If the package is not delivered due to an error in the address provided by the customer or repeated absences at the time of delivery, the package will be returned to Protesica Rimovibile Srl. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the costs of reshipping.

7. International shipping

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in the total order price and will be charged separately by the courier or the relevant authorities upon delivery.

8. Shipping delays
